This unconventional-looking dog toy uses an equally unconventional construction technique to provide hours more fun that the usual stuffed toys.
The toy features four layers of fabric (2 – industrial luggage material, 1 – plastic coating, 1 soft, colorful fleece) are joined with 2 runs of linear stitching and 2 runs of cross stitching. Then, when the toy is assembled, the outer seams are covered with tough black seam binding and stitched 3 more times! This toy is, in a word, durable.
The unusual multi-layered fabric not only lasts, it makes the toy float, so it can be used for retrieving fun at the lake or pool. It’s machine washable, too, and afterward it air dries!
The humorous design adds fun to function. The space monster shape, with its open mouth, fabric “teeth” and eight legs, is just plain funny, as well as easy for your pooch to grab. It contains a total of 8 squeakers.
