We know that the last thing that you want to do after making a purchase is to wait for it to arrive. That is why we process your order as quickly as possible. Unless otherwise noted, all items are in stock and are quickly packaged and shipped. Most orders are shipped the next business day after payment is confirmed. This means you should receive your order within 7 working days.
Naturally however, some items, including personalized items and items that ship directly from the manufacturer, may take longer. We have attempted to identify those items with an approximate delivery timeframe on the individual product pages.
Shipping Method
We ship orders by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. (Please note that orders requiring a shipping box larger than 12 x 12 x 12 inches, or the equivalent of 1728 cubic inches, will be shipped via UPS.)
For orders we ship, you will receive an email notice directly from the carrier with either a Delivery Confirmation Number (USPS) or a Tracking Number (UPS). For personalized items and those items that ship directly from the manufacturer, other carriers may be used and email notices are not sent from the carrier.
On rare occasion, due to shipping schedules and other factors, we reserve the right to use a shipping carrier other than the one you specified. Should a change in shipping carrier occur, you only pay the stated charge of your originally designated shipping method and will not incur any additional charge. Any change in shipping method is expected to result in the same, or nearly the same, delivery date.
Shipping and Handling Cost
Shipping and handling costs are available for review before you start the checkout process. In that way, you are able to see the shipping and handling costs for your specific order, to your specific destination, before you enter your account information.
To view the shipping costs for your order, simply click the "View Shipping Cost" button below your selected items on the Shopping Cart page and enter your destination zip code. To access the Shopping Cart page, simply click on the shopping cart summary located in the upper left of the page.
Other Shipping Information
- We ship only to locations within the United States.
- Please be sure to supply the correct shipping address. Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being returned to us will be charged for shipping fees.
- Multiple-item orders may ship in separate packages.
