all our products. However, we realize that there may be times when it is
necessary to return an item. So, for the rare time that you would like to return
something, rest assured that we have a fair and easy-to-follow return
policy.
Discretionary Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any return-eligible
item within 30 days. To make the return process as smooth as possible, please
carefully read the following procedure:
- To
be eligible for return, the item must be in new re-salable condition with
all tags still intact. The item must be returned in its original
box/packaging, if applicable. (However, a different shipping box may be used to return the item.) Please note
that personalized or custom orders are NOT eligible for return.
- Contact
us within 30 days from date of receipt for a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Returns without a RMA may be rejected. When contacting us, please provide
the following:
- Name
- Order Number
- Item Number and Description
- Reason for Return
- Ship
the item to the return address that you are provided. (Please be aware that
the return address may not be our mailing address or the address from which
your order originated.)
- Ship
the item within 7 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number. The
return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally,
you may wish to use a “traceable” shipping method.
- A
refund will be issued within 7 days after your returned item has been
received. Please note the following important points regarding refunds:

Returned
items that do not comply with the refund eligibility guidelines may receive a
partial refund or no refund.
- A 15% restocking fee will be access to all pet carrier,
crate, doghouse, feeder, play pen, bed/cot, car booster seat, stair steps or stroller returns.
- Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is the
result of our error.
Damaged Returns
We take great care to ensure that your purchase arrives undamaged. We inspect
each item before it is packaged. Then, we carefully and securely package your
purchase to protect it during shipping. However, if your purchase should arrive
damaged, you may exchange it for the same item. In order to make the exchange
process as smooth as possible, please carefully read the following procedure for
damaged returns:
- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must have arrived damaged or
defective. (Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for damages that occur after
arrival.)
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. When contacting us, please
provide the following:
- Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Item Number and Description
- How the item is damaged or defective. (Please remember that a number of our
items are meant to have irregularities and imperfections as part of their unique
"handcrafted" look.)
- After we have approved your request and received the damaged item, we will
ship you the same item in exchange. There are no refunds for damaged items.
Damaged items can only be exchanged for the same item.
Exchanges
Due to shipping costs and price differences of most items, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. However, you may return an unwanted item as outline under “Discretionary Returns” listed above. Then, simply place a new order for the desired item.
Undeliverable and Refused Shipment Returns
Please be sure to supply the correct shipping address because returns
resulting from an incorrect /undeliverable address supplied by the customer will
be charged for shipping fees. Returns resulting from the customer refusing
delivery will also be charged for shipping fees.
The Return Policy is subject to change without notice. Any modifications will
supersede the prior policy and will apply to all current and past users of our
