The dog house features the classic peaked-roof design. However, the roof has been updated to include a ridge vent of better airflow. The sides, although they look like slat walls, are actually rugged plastic panels. The front features the traditional rectangular doorway. Four legs raise the sturdy bottom panel off of the ground.
The maintenance-free plastic panels are made of multiple durable layers. Included in each panel is a lightweight metal frame, giving the panel additional support and structural integrity. The panels are insulated with honeycomb fiberboard and Styrofoam, helping to keep the dog house cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
The engineered design of the dog house allows for easy set-up. No tools are required for assembly. The panels simply snap together, giving your dog a new home in minutes.
The dog house is maintenance free due to its durable, weather-resistant plastic panel construction. Since it resists cracking, fading and decay, there is no need to paint. To clean, simply spray it with a hose.
Although the dog house is solidly built, it is still easy to move due to its lightweight plastic panel construction. As a result, you can easily reposition it due to changes in seasons, wind direction and lawn-wear patterns.

Important Note: When selecting a doghouse, it is important to consider the doghouse’s dimensions as to whether it is appropriate for your pet. The manufacturer’s pet weight limit does not imply that a doghouse is suitable for all pets weighing less than the limit due to the various shapes of different dog breeds.
This dog house is also available with a larger, peaked doorway.

To help protect your dog from the elements, an optional door guard flap is available (see picture below). The durable clear plastic flap helps to shield your dog from wind and rain, while still allowing light through the doorway. The flap easily attaches with the two provided screws. In summer time, when greater air flow may be desired, simply remove the flap.
